York Young Carer’s Card information
This is the information sheet that accompanies the York Young Carer’s Card.
The York Young Carer’s Card was developed by York Carers Centre. It is for young carers in schools and colleges to help them ask for support from their teachers or other staff, without having to explain their story over and over again. You could use this card as a basis for your own young (adult) carer ID card scheme.
