Leicestershire Young Adult Carer Network case study
This is a case study of the Leicestershire Young Adult Carer Network which is convened by Barnardo’s CareFree young carer service. It brings together local universities, sixth forms, colleges, careers advice services and both local authorities’ adult and children’s services to improve the transitions within education and from education to work for young adult carers.
