Pattern of Care Form
The transitions team at De Montfort University developed this pattern of care form to find out more about student carers’ responsibilities at home. It asks about the tasks they undertake, when they have to carry out these activities, and the impact that their caring role may have on their experience and attendance at university. This helps the transitions team to put effective support in place for young adult carers at the university.
